Richard Childress Racing and Kyle Busch announced Thursday (Dec. 20) that Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen has renewed and expanded its relationship with the team as part of a multi-race, multi-year agreement for 2024.
The restaurant chain will continue its role as a major sponsor through the 2024 Cup Series season and beyond, with a growing presence in the No. 8 Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 driven by two-time NASCAR Cup Series champion Kyle Busch.
John Felton, Vice President of Marketing for Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen, is excited and looking forward to working with RCR again next season. He said:
“We are thrilled to once again wave the green flag on our relationship with Richard Childress Racing, Kyle Busch, and the No. 8 team. We are a great partner to showcase our favorites at affordable prices, and we look forward to working together to further develop our cuisine in 2024 and beyond.”
Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen has partnered with RCR as a major sponsor since 2020. In his two races that season, Tyler Reddick drove the #8 Cheddars Chevrolet.
The restaurant chain expanded its support in three major races in 2021 and four major races in 2022.

The 2023 season will be Cheddar’s first with Kyle Busch after appearing as the main sponsor in seven Cup races. Cheddar, who has orange and black paint,’s best result was his fifth place at the Atlanta Motor Speedway in the summer.

Neither RCR nor Cheddar’s Scratch Kitchen have made any mention of which race they will be the Las Vegas, Nevada native’s primary sponsor for next season.
