Get your Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 now before they’re gone.
According to CNN, Apple announced this week that it will stop selling the latest models of the Apple Watch Series 9 and Apple Watch Ultra 2 (both released in September) due to an ongoing patent dispute with medical device maker Masimo.
As a result, Apple will discontinue sales of the Series 9 and Ultra 2 on its website starting Thursday, December 21st, and at Apple Stores nationwide starting Sunday, December 24th.
It’s worth noting that this is not the same as a product recall, as there is actually nothing wrong or defective with the Apple Watch. In fact, our review found the Apple Watch Series 9 to be a significant upgrade over previous models, with improved specs, ease of use, and features.
