[ad_1]

Repairing smartphones yourself is something that many people prefer. However, as mobile phones become more sophisticated, this is becoming more difficult. Especially foldable smartphones are the most difficult to repair. Still, Samsung has decided to expand its self-repair program and now has spare parts available for its latest foldable phones.

Samsung makes it possible to repair foldable phones yourself, even if it’s difficult

Both the Galaxy Z Flip 5 and Galaxy Z Fold 5 will join Samsung’s self-healing program, which already offers devices such as the Galaxy S23 series, Tab S9 series, and Galaxy Book 2 Pro series. Users will be able to obtain these parts and begin the process themselves.

In addition to that, Samsung is also expanding its self-help repair program for Galaxy A devices. That’s certainly great. Please note that as of this writing, not all of the latest parts of the self-help program have been added to the website. But the South Korean tech giant explained how these parts will eventually be posted on its website and available for anyone to purchase.

Last but not least, Samsung is also expanding its self-repair service to more regions in Europe and South Korea. Users in a further 30 countries within the EU will now be able to have their phones repaired in Denmark, Greece, Portugal and Hungary.

To be honest, we understand that repairing a flip phone yourself is not the easiest thing to do, but the important thing is that Samsung is taking a step in the right direction. We are confident that with the right components and guidance videos, anyone can overcome the steep learning curve. Again, you don’t have to repair your phone yourself if you find it difficult. You can always choose to take it to the appropriate technician to have it looked at.
