Nessie Bricks is a new toy store in Round Rock that sells Lego sets and collectibles. Owner Mike Sanchez also trades in and exchanges special Lego items for cash.

An Indian and Middle Eastern grocery store is coming to Round Rock Crossing Shopping Center. The store will be approximately 49,000 square feet, slightly larger than the Best Buy next door, and will carry traditional Indian groceries.
waterloo swimming
The swim center plans to open a third location in Round Rock. The business, owned by Mike Varozza, offers swim lessons, swim teams and fitness programs for all ages. The new facility will include an indoor instruction and training pool, as well as family changing rooms and a viewing lobby for parents.
polo campero
Polo Campero is opening a new store in Round Rock. The restaurant offers empanadas, salads and bowls, as well as unique sides such as sweet plantains and fried yuca.
Kyoka Sushi
Jun Ye, owner of Austin’s Hook & Reel, is opening a new restaurant in Round Rock. The sushi spot has a full bar and serves Japanese cuisine including sushi, tempura, and udon.

Brothers Ahmad, Mohammad, Sally and Mahmoud Attal are from New York and opened The Original Food His Truck in downtown Austin in 2010.

The auto shop chain is set to open in Round Rock, following a project registration with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation. Valvoline Instant Oil Change provides preventative car care services including oil changes, tire rotations, radiator flushes, and more.
monarch on main
The upcoming townhome development will be located just off East Main Street in Round Rock. The 60-unit community, which the developer broke ground on Dec. 6, will include townhomes with attached garages and several community amenities, including a park area with barbecue pits. Sales are expected to begin by the end of 2024, and development is expected to be completed by early 2025.
charter up
The bus rental service has expanded to include luxury Sprinter vans in Dallas, Houston, Austin and San Antonio, the company announced on October 25th. The company already has more than 4,000 large buses and minibuses in its fleet and has added hundreds more. The Sprinter van has now been connected to the company’s network, according to a news release from the company. The van is designed for groups of up to 12 passengers.

The pet store in East Round Rock will close in January, according to store officials. Located in the Shops at Forest Commons retail center, this pet supply store also offers grooming and veterinary services. Merchandise and supplies will be available for purchase until closing, and some items will be discounted.

snack room
The snack shop plans to close its Round Rock location on Nov. 19 and move operations to Georgetown by January. The Georgetown operation does not have a physical store, but offers online ordering, gift services and event sales. The snack room sells more than 40 varieties of popcorn, milkshakes, candy, ice cream and other desserts.
