Hell’s Kitchen actor, singer, composer, director, and teacher Anita Hollander has had a year that’s almost as dramatic as her chosen field. The last time we spoke to her, she was on the front lines of her SAG-AFTRA strike. But she also experienced major victories, including becoming the new “Gramanita.” Now, Anita is reflecting on her year’s challenges and successes. It’s all about her experiences in her favorite region.

We want all the children in Hell’s Kitchen to be healthy, strong, curious, caring, and kind.
What’s at the top of your bucket list for 2024?
To finish writing a new solo musical. (and look hell’s kitchen on Broadway. )
Is there anything you would like to crush like Madara Chochin in 2023? Why?
My husband’s colon cancer was crushed like a lantern by Dr. Chasin at Mount Sinai!

Is there anything else you would like to add?
The day I brought my newborn daughter home and introduced her to Manhattan Plaza was a true highlight of 2023.
